Yes. Yellow Diamond monitors your flight and adjusts your pickup time automatically. If your flight is delayed, your driver will know — you will not be charged extra for the wait. This is included with every RDU airport pickup at no extra cost.
What if I need a van or SUV instead of a sedan?
Vans and SUVs are available for groups and extra luggage. An additional charge applies — call (919) 729-5040 to confirm the van or SUV rate for your destination before booking.
Can I book a taxi for a 4am or early morning flight?
